1. All Junior Fire Company policies and procedures will be

   made by the Junior Board of Directors.  The Junior Directors

   will report as a committee to the Senior Board of Directors.

   Any and all problems are to be handled by the Junior Directors.

2. Requirements for admission:  Must be between ages of 10 and 15. 

   The proposed candidate for membership must be voted on at a

   regular meeting.  There is no initiation fee.

3. Meetings will be held every Tuesday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

   at the Williamsport Vol. Fire Company.

4. Dues are $2.00 per year and will be collected from each member by

   the Treasurer once a year.

5. Grades:  Parents are to inform a Junior Director if your child's

   school grades fall below his/her average.  The Junior member will

   not be permitted in the station or allowed to attend any meetings

   or activities until his/her grades are brought up.

6. Officers:

          President

          Vice President

          Secretary

          Treasurer

7. Duties of Officers:

          President - To conduct meetings and affairs of the

          organization.

          Vice President - To assist the president.

          Secretary - To keep all records and make necessary

          correspondence.

          Treasurer - To collect dues and pay bills.

      NOTE - All officers will be under the supervision of the

      Directors and Junior Advisors.

8. Line Officers:

          Chief

          Assistant Chief

          Captain

          Lieutenant

9.    Duties of Line Officers:

          Chief - Will be in charge of all Junior firefighters at

          parades, drills, and other functions, in or around the

          station.

          Asst. Chief - Will assist the chief and assume the duties

          of chief in the event of his/her absence.

          Captain - Will set up and supervise training.

          Lieutenant - Will be responsible for presentation of

          training.

      NOTE - All line officers will be under the supervision of the

      Directors and Junior Advisors.

10. The Junior President is selected by the Junior Directors and

      Advisors.  The remaining offices will be elected by the Junior membership.

11. The Junior Chief will be selected by the Junior Directors and

      Advisors. The remaining line officers will be elected by the

      Junior membership.
